Contact us online or by phone to set up a free*, dormant season consultation with Planting Specialist Abbie Hilgers.  She’ll do a walk-through of your property and go over plant suggestions and any questions and requests you might have. You aren’t limited to just trees and shrubs; we now offer herbaceous perennial planting as well! *Consultations lasting longer than 1 hour will incur a charge.

Depending on the size of the project, it may take several weeks for a design to be completed.  There is a charge for the design of your project, which will be included in your planting proposal.  The design process includes finding and sourcing the best options to fit your space and your aesthetic needs, as well as physically drawing the design which the crew will use on the day of your planting, should you accept your proposal.

After you’ve accepted your proposal, it will be tentatively scheduled during our planting season, which typically runs from the middle of April through the end of October, weather permitting.  Precise timing is determined by plant availability, the scope of the project and the area in which you live. Abbie will reach out periodically as your project date approaches with scheduling updates. Once she has received confirmation from one of the nurseries from whom we source your plants, she will reach out with a precise date.

The day is here!  Your plants are ready to be installed and our crew is on their way! We’ll check in with you on arrival to go over the details and discuss any adjustments that might need to be made now that the dormant season has ended. The crew are given detailed instructions and a copy of your design so that everything is installed properly and in its designated place. Abbie will be on hand to start the project and address any questions or concerns.  Once everything is in place, we’ll leave you with After Planting Care Instructions.
